I am a former professional dancer and I teach ballet inspired classes and mindful movement to adults.I take the most do-able and beneficial exercises from ballet technique to create classes that enable students to discover how grace and strength can be achieved through dance.
I provide an encouraging and enabling environment for any budding ballerina to learn new skills or expand upon current dance knowledge.
No matter what size, ability, identity or talent, I warmly invite you to discover and embody your inner ballerina. You may just discover your “do-able” is more than you think! Current students frequently surprise themselves by what they achieve within a six week term.
In addition, I facilitate mindful movement programmes to support, connect and realign the mind, body and spirit.

I believe dance provides an ideal opportunity to connect mind and body, enabling people to return to a flow state and ground themselves in the present moment.
Dance, singing and creativity have always brought me tremendous fulfilment.
I danced professionally with the Northern Ballet Theatre and also performed in West End musicals, National Tours and Fringe Theatre. Growing up I received a vocational education at the Arts Educational School and The Central School of Ballet.
Additionally I am a qualified Montessori Teacher and Child Counsellor. I have a fascination regarding barriers to learning, supporting emotional well-being and the mind, body connection.
